How to choose a toy vehicle that lasts
Wheels first, paint second
A pretty toy car with sticky wheels ends up in a drawer. Wheels should spin freely with a little push and roll straight on a flat surface. That\’s our first test when we stock a range.
Match the material to the age
Chunky wooden or rubber vehicles are safest for toddlers — nothing breaks off. Die-cast metal is right for 5+ (heavier but survives drops). Small plastic collectibles start around 4-5 once they\’re past the mouthing stage.
Playsets extend life
A single car has a short story. A car plus a garage, a road mat and a couple of ramps runs for weeks. We stock playmats and add-on accessories separately.
BIS certification and paint safety
Every vehicle in our range is BIS-certified with non-toxic paint. Wooden trains use food-safe stains. Die-cast pieces are lead-free. Come see the certification stickers in store.
